Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SpikeDrive (“SpikeDrive”, “we”, “us”), operated by SpikeDrive, collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our analytics dashboard service (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who we are
SpikeDrive is an analytics platform that lets businesses connect data sources — such as Amazon, Google Ads, Meta, Instagram and spreadsheets — and view their metrics together in unified dashboards. You can reach us at hello@spikedrive.io.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, language and country, used to create and operate your account.
- Connected platform data: when you connect a data source, we access metrics through that platform’s official API — for example sales, orders, inventory, catalog, financial summaries and advertising performance. This access is read-only and limited to aggregated business metrics.
- Authentication tokens: the access and refresh tokens issued by each platform when you authorize a connection, stored encrypted so we can refresh your data.
- Usage data: basic technical logs needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Service.
What we do not collect
We do not request or process personally identifiable information about your customers or buyers (such as buyer names, addresses or contact details). For Amazon specifically, we do not request Personally Identifiable Information (PII) roles, and we only handle aggregated seller metrics.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and display your dashboards and reports.
- To keep your connected data sources synchronized.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
- To communicate with you about your account and important service notices.
How we share information
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as hosting and database infrastructure), strictly to the extent needed to run it, and where required by law. Within your account, data is isolated per workspace and only visible to members you grant access to.
Data storage and security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access tokens are encrypted at rest. We apply row-level access controls so each workspace’s data is isolated, and restrict access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect any data source at any time, which stops further synchronization. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@spikedrive.io.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@spikedrive.io.
Amazon data
Our use of information received through Amazon’s Selling Partner API complies with the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. We access only the aggregated seller metrics you authorize, use them solely to provide your dashboards, and never use them for any unauthorized purpose.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
