These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SpikeDriveanalytics dashboard service (the “Service”), operated by SpikeDrive. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

SpikeDrive lets you connect third-party data sources and view their metrics in unified dashboards and reports. Features may change, improve or be discontinued over time.

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must be authorized to connect any data source you add to the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Access data you are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or compromise the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any law or any third-party platform’s terms.

Third-party connections

When you connect a data source (such as Amazon, Google or Meta), you authorize us to access data from that platform on your behalf through its official API. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or for changes they make to their APIs.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by SpikeDrive and protected by applicable laws. Data you connect remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that metrics will be free of inaccuracies originating from connected platforms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpikeDrive and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the Service or comply with the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
